Crisp (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a habit tracking app for iPhone developed by Tessa Ballard. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
Crisp is designed to store your habit data on your device first. The free version does not require an account. We do not sell your personal information.
When you use Crisp, the app stores locally on your iPhone:
This data is saved in the app’s private storage on your device unless you enable Premium iCloud sync.
If you subscribe to Premium and turn on iCloud sync, habit data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple’s Cloud Documents service. Apple processes this data under your Apple ID and Apple’s privacy policy. We do not operate our own servers for habit content.
Premium purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and restore purchases. RevenueCat receives information needed to validate your subscription (such as an anonymous app user identifier and transaction-related data from Apple). See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. Notification permission is optional and controlled in iOS Settings.
Premium widgets and the Apple Watch app read habit data shared between the iPhone app and its extensions via Apple’s App Group and WatchConnectivity. This data stays on your devices and in your iCloud container if sync is enabled.
Premium users can export habit data to a file on their device and share it through the system share sheet. You choose where that file goes.
Crisp does not use third-party advertising SDKs. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.
Crisp is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Crisp mobile application (“App”) provided by Tessa Ballard. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
The App offers a free version with core habit tracking (including a limit on the number of active habits) and an optional Premium subscription with additional features. Feature availability may change as the App evolves.
Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Prices are shown in the App before you purchase and may vary by region.
You retain ownership of the habit information you enter. You are responsible for the content you create and for maintaining backups (for example via Premium export or iCloud sync).
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it unlawfully.
The App is provided for personal habit tracking only. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. The App is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use the free version.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
